I bought a pair of Superlite Excavator, this is the most confortable boots I ever own, but I think the Excavator XL are more durable boots.
I am electronics technician, I work instaling speakers and other things, three months ago one 80 pounds speaker fall right to my toes, in this moment I am wearing a cheap boots with steel toe, I don't suffered any injury.
I don't know if this boot can resist something like this.
Excavator are beautiful anyway.

How do they compare to the Caterpillar Diagnostics? I’m trying to decide between the two as an High Voltage Electrician. I do work in all sorts of areas including hazardous liquids and materials zones.
They are both great options for you. The Diagnostic has been around along time and a best seller for us. The Excavator SuperLite is new. If you can come into one of our stores and try both on you will see a difference in how light the Excavator Superlites are!
