After I filmed Dorian a few years ago I knew we had to do a second shoot leading into his contest season. He's an incredibly hard working bodybuilder, and has a lot of really cool talents and hobbies outside of the sport that keep him grounded and a bit more balanced during prep. This meal was actually not part of his regular diet right now (you will see his deficit diet in next month's FDOE) he was a trooper and made something higher calorie that is more of an off season mass building meal that many have requested. Dorian is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable athletes/ coaches in the industry. I lost 93lbs in a little over a year leading me to a heavyweight state title under his guidance and as my coach. 💪🏽

My family used to buy so many eggs we decided to create a spreadsheet. The total monthly number of eggs we consumed was ridiculous. Can't remember exactly how many dozen, but we were motoring through them. Mom and Dad, kids, the pet dog, we all ate them daily, and I remember CVS putting them on sale for $0.79/dozen limit 10. So of course I would buy the limit. I still love eggs but at $5/dozen had to cut WAY BACK. Thanks for the video.

If Dorian eats 66 g fats in a breakfast in offseason then I guess I can too. That’s been my daily goal for a while but I might break out the pancakes and butters
A good bit of fat came from the two servings of butter used for cooking. If you wanted to drop the calories down a bit you could use another substitue but the butter does add a ton of great flavor to the meal.

Sorry if this was confusing - we made this to show an off season meal. He specifics he's in prep right now and eats far less. His FDOE will show his current diet which is very low calories!
@@prashantkashiwal3357 Yes Bodybuilders use drugs, but bodybuilders have to diet to the extreme to get to the level of conditioning considered to be "In shape" as an IFBB pro. Steroids help, but are far from the only thing that is needed to reach the top level.
