7:43 when my third eye chakra was imbalance. I was having trouble with stuffs. I didn't know these things helo in third eye chakra. I was having craving for having lemons and lemon cake. I never had kemon but i was having this "i nedd to have lemons,i need to have lemon cake " now i reliaze why. ❤️❤️❤️
