I agree 100% if he gets a goal here and there and keeps pulling off passes like that for 90%+ of the season He’s almost sure to win the ballon. But we also know winning trophies plays a big part in that final decision. So they need Liverpool to keep performing to the top of their game

Salah's fire was lit at Chelsea, forged at A.S Roma and set ablaze at Liverpool. I think Jose probably had too much on his plate at the end of his second spell at Chelsea to spend the time necessary to develop a prodigious young Egyptian talent. Salah thankfully took the setback and used it as motivation to become the player he is today. Without Chelsea and A.S Roma he wouldn't be the force he is today. Liverpool supporter

He was banned for lots of games at the start of the season, managed to score 31 goals in 33 games with assists too (can't remember how many), that's without taking penalties and free kicks most of the time and also playing in a squad that was lacking.
