When I was younger I was a part of many fandoms and kinda grew out of them, thought maybe it was just the fact that I wasn't a teenage girl anymore who could be totally obsessed with a group/person/tvshow. Then I started watching Supernatural about 2 months ago and was all caught up last week. I have probably seen every single panel there is on youtube, fanvids, interviews and I quickly realized I was part of a fandom again. And guys: I couldn't be happier! Because of all the fandoms I have been a part of, this has got to be the most amazing one. I feel stupid it took me over 10 years to start watching this show, but so glad I did. You're all amazing people! <3
this makes me happy. The show, fandom, watching on CZcams. There's so much bad in the world, there's so much crap that I go through and I don't really have anyone besides my mom and brother, so this show - the fandom - youtube - even fanfiction, it gives me a safe place to just go to and relax and calm down. I'm safe here, you know? And that might seem stupid to a lot of people, but for me I can unwind and relax and forget about all the bad because here there's so much support and in the show there's Dean & Sam & Cas and everything's ok.
The people from SPN are absolutely, without a doubt, the best people in the world. They are all just so amazing, and kind, and funny, and sweet... There aren't words that can describe just home awesome they are. <3
I have only been a part of this family for a few months but this made me so emotional. I have stumbled into many a fandom over the years but supernatural is by far the most amazing one I've ever become a part of. When the cast of the show call fans a part of the family, you know what's going on here must be special.
Ok I haven't watched SPN (yet) and I've only known these amazing men and women for about a week now, but I already love them and I want to be part of this family.
Supernatural has got me through some tough times in the last 7 years fighting stage 4 cancer. they gave me 6 months to live that was 7 years ago and I have been in and out of the hospital almost died 3 times between my kids and Supernatural you kept me going. thank you so much you mean so much to me!!!
I have only been part of this family for a few months and even though I haven‘t talked to a lot of people in this fandom I already feel like I‘m part of something big. It‘s the best feeling. I‘ve never ben in a fandom this beautiful and caring. We‘ll always have to stick together!
