earlier this year i had astroke and have limited use of my left hand, whilst it is getting better, it's a bugger cooking one-handed, and i would like to say thank you for your videos, they have helped me to continue my passion for cooking

I've used them before, they're just cool, period. But I never realized it would be perfect for people with limb differences! I guess the only disadvantage would be that you have to refill them more than other grinders, but I think that's a fair tradeoff for one-handed use.
I just bought these, and they work perfectly. You can fill them right up to the top of the metal tube without any issue

Is it hard on the thumb when pushing down?
I keep the lid on mine when grinding the salt or pepper. Less mess and easier to grind not having to worry about making a mess.

You should upload more! I've been trying to CZcams, well just video games with video commentary. I'm one handed too! I still have the hand but the fingers don't move and I can't pronate my wrist downwards. It's new to me so man it's a struggle. A lot of days just wishing I would have died in that car wreck, but this is my life now. And I very very very much enjoy one handed CZcamsrs! I enjoyed your video :)

I loved your video and I have an idea came up to me while I was watching it..I saw you have the need for something to hold your stuff while you operate them..as a drummer we have hi-hats that open and close with a foot pedal, so I thought maybe you can utilize this idea to have some vise/clamp pedal that you can press with your leg and force it shut or open....? I myself like this idea.. could be interesting to investigate upon! my idea is a clamp that attaches itself to the table where you work and is operated with leg pedal! :)

Cool and sleek, but unnecessary and fussy. I also only have my left hand and I identify as congenital. Turn hand basically upside down so thumb and index fingers are lowest. Hold body of grinder with middle-ring-pinky fingers close to seam between grinder body and grinder bit. Twist grinder bit back and forth with thumb and index.
