Pile 3- Just got out of an 8 year relationship , sold my camper that was supposed to be an adventure but turned out a nightmare. The therapist cost $200 online so I’m waiting until I move. This is like my 50th time starting over. I’m doing mantras, yoga, and trying to get excited even though I’m not feeling my best to put it mildly. No one cares I’m leaving. Hello. I don’t know why I aM telling you this but you can try chanting the mahamantra, that is, the Hare Krishna mantra. It goes like so- Hare Krishna Hare Krishna , Krishna Krishna hare hare. Hare ram hare ram, ram ram hare hare. You can find how to start on the internet. In case you are unable to find the tulsi Mala it is chanted on, you can always chant it verbally without any props.
