@Su Amigo Alex - Does the app uses cloud to transfer data to Samsung? like why to back up in cloud, is it necessary?

I see only pictures documents and videos but NO whatsapp
I use the same phonenumber.
I ve dowloaded whatsapp to the new phone ( Samsung) and activated this but No chat history could be transfered from I phone to samsung gallaxy.
Any idea's suggestions to get this done?

Installed smart suite app on both phones ( old I phone and the new Samsung Gallaxy. But i dont see the whatsapp app to select.

Try to update absolutely everything. Android, iOS, WhatsApp, Smart Switch, Google Data Transfer, etc.
