We only had one accident in Denmark revolving hpa tanks. As far as I remember it was a dude that lubicatet it before putting on the regulator then he filled it with air and it blew in the back of his car 😅😂
Sounds like it was just the burst valve? Those sprung loaded ones vibrate until the pressure drops to the specified rating. Perhaps the secondary regulator failed and your regulator psi went to tank regulator psi of ~800, causing the safety burst valve to expel pressure to ~130
@@setsuna200 Yea nobody was hurt. Once I heard air leaking, I disconnected it from my gun & rolled it away from everybody around me. Nothing actually blew up, just all the air emptied out of the tank. Still a sketchy situation regardless
@@setsuna200 yea looking back on it it was definitely the burst valve. Either that or the regulator got loosened up over time or something like that. I was pretty new to hpa at the time of the video, since then I haven’t had any issues
That isnt it blowing up or reg comeing out of tank. If it was spinning in circles his burst valve went off for some reason which can happen. Used to cary a backup set cause they are cheap and can save someone from haveing a no play day.
I was looking to get HPA soon, but after I saw this video, I got very scared of it exploding or malfunctioning and I’m very scared of loud sounds can someone please tell me if this is a real concern or not😢
No it’s not a concern lol. I heard the guy in this video dropped it or something and it broke the regulator. The bottles are super safe as long as you don’t overfill them
th tanks themselves wont explode, even when punctured. the air gets released from the hole or failed valve and this short is the worst case scenario. At 800 psi and lower any fragment from a puncture or fai!er would be too lightweight to peirce your skin let alone fabric. Wear eye protection at alltimes when handling hpa tanks.
@@jakebriscoe every air tank that holds 1000’s of psi has a hydro date of usually 3-5 years where it is certified safe to use without fear of explosion or catastrophic failure. Most airsoft/paintball fields require your tank to be in Hydro date in order to use it. Most scuba shops or paintball shops are able to get them hydroed to ensure your tank is safe to use. There is a date somewhere on the tank which indicates how long the hydro period is and when it was initially hydroed. My carbon tank has been re hydroed 2 years ago and I will rehydro again in 2027. TLDR: if you have a brand new tank, don’t worry. If you’ve had a tank for a while or bought it second hand, PLEASE ensure that it’s in hydro. I have seen a tank explode before while filling.
me after finishing 5 taco bell burritos
😂
The two men run walking or the from the HPA😂😂
I thought it was a Stuka dive bomber
Lol
My worst fear of getting into hpa
True but it’s unlikely to happen
@@goblinairsoft1934 that tank could be really hot to the touch since its high pressure air escaping out fast good thing nobody got hurt
@@knightairsoftwarrioractually it would be really cold, the air heats up as it's compressed and it cools down as it's decompressed

Same here lol I’m glad no one got hurt tho…those tanks could kill someone
@@goblinairsoft1934 absolutely also u somehow made it on my feeds again lmao
hpa tanks have security pressure bolts... if tank exceed pressure bolt breaks and vent all air
very strange a tank to blow
That would never happen.
Video is cursed my hpa tank just blew an o-ring
Someone didn’t get their tank hydro checked smh
Could of ended up way worse
💡Somebody tinkering with the pressure rings that didn't know what they were doing😂👍
Literally just a burst disk going.
I've had burst disks pop on my tank before and it makes a hiss not like a horn from hell loll@@jacobc4582
What places do you go to have them checked?
When the enemy team gets a nuke in War Thunder
Yea my fault, I still don’t know why that happened
Scared everyone a bit

Not gonna lie, when the ref blew his whistle my 2 braincells thought he was trying to be like 'I CAN DO THAT TOOO!!!'
10 mins later after all the air is out "wheres it at" 😂
You're a bit late my man
Sounds like Godzilla awakening 😭
Did we just witness someone getting deaf?
Who tf brought a F1 formula scorestreak
Lol
most tanks have a burst disk so the escape of air happens at a steady rate that won’t turn the cylinder into a missile😂
Happened at CQB City the place I do airsoft
Sound like the beginning of the World Cup song waka waka
Literally never saw what your were talking about but it's ok, hopefully everyone was safe
bruh i thought someone died
Lol
The tank didnt really blow up. Sound like the reg either came apart or blew a burst disk.

It wasn't the tank it was the regulator
How loud was that in person cuz I would think it was very loud cuz the sound just echoes in the arena
There pretty loud but in the arena the boom is literally insane
Nuclear nade
Lol
Holy Hand Grenade?
You shot someone's tank?
No I guess someone dropped it during the game and the regulator broke off
I have the same hpa gun with a speed trigger
I wanna get one for it
who tf brought an A-10 to an airsoft game?
Who cut the cheese
use Teflon tape damnit. I'm designing a diy hpa engine and taking no chances.
That would’t have helped in this case. His sprung loaded check valve did a safety release due to secondary regulator failure
Can you say burst disk my boy!

do yours a favor and get HPA. just don't put lube near the path of air for the tank or reg. only on the o rings.

maybe a bottle fall and a racor brokes and vent all the air... nothing rare
