- The National Archives released thousands of previously classified documents collected as part of the government review into the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The cache of over 13,000 documents is the second of two JFK assassination-related document dumps that President Joe Biden ordered last year when the White House postponed a public release because of the Covid-19 pandemic. CNN's Tom Foreman reports.

There are unclassified documents, there are classified documents, and then there are deleted documents.
All information that wasn't destroyed they mean.
It doesn't matter how many documents are still classified, since those documents were *selected* to be classified. The size of the cache would matter only if the classified status were bestowed randomly. Also, one can increase the number of released documents by simply defining the relevance of the documents loosely.

The role of an archivist is to preserve documents, not to comment on them. I’m not sure where you heard that they did, but it doesn’t appear to have been announced. Also, if no second gunman was identified and a conspiracy still can’t be verified, then at best you can’t conclude anything.

Speaking of the assassination of JFK, there is a really good novel written by Stephen King called 11/22/63, which was adapted into a miniseries in 2016. This novel is about a man from the present day (played by James Franco in the miniseries) who uses a portal that takes him to 1960, being his mission to prevent the assassination of JFK and the entry of the USA into the Vietnam war. It is really curious to see the way in which he gradually adapts to the simple times of the 60s, not to mention that the story also features characters from other works of King, such as the children of IT and the Antichrist Randall Flagg, the main antagonist of The Stand and the Dark Tower franchise. The most curious thing here is that the idea of writing a story in which a time traveler tries to prevent the assassination of JFK comes from a casual dialogue from the horrible miniseries that King made in the nineties called "The Langoliers"

You might be looking at an Encyclopedia Britannica that was authorized by President George Bush
and Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Scots invented the encyclopedia, the Britannica, as a way to
educate Europeans about the new world, where empire building countries said the natives were just
running dogs with no language or prayer. I can read about Dr. James Watt in the Bush-Thatcher
publication and I know what they say is wrong, and leaving out everything he did to help the world.
