if you are trying to establish new temples I would suggest trying to modernise it otherwise it will not be relevant for the wider masses, wearing sarees and dhotis does not help in bhakti but presents hindrance to the wider masses , maybe also modernise kirtan to modern instruments make benches similar to churches and cathedrals since people are not used to sit on floor in the west
