Valentine's day NO bake Strawberry cheesecake, no eggs and no oven

An easy and super elegant strawberry cheesecake you can make for valentine's day to impress your partner or family!
Ingredients:
200g digestive biscuit
50g of butter
320g cream cheese
125g mascarpone
50g icing sugar
220g liquid cream
2 tbsp homemade jam
2 sheets of gelatin (4g)
300g of strawberries
2 to 3 tbsp of sugar
1/2 glass of water
