Those eggs would have to stay warm enough and have enough air circulation to stay fertile though. I just find it highly unlikely that it just happens to be one egg that hatched, out of all of them. Even then, they separate the males from females. In conclusion I still believe this video is false, they totally got a fertile egg and just said it was from the grocery store.
Actually, birds are generally lightweight and young ones drop from trees, mountains and other stuff and go on after that as if nothing happened as for many of them its a part of a natural lifecycle
