I've been looking for two weeks for a how to on making a spoil board for my HD520.. THanks!
Andy. Another great video. You are a awesome instructor!
Excellent. Some great tips, thanks chap!
Big thanks for great video and explanation. I am looking to get set up with first cnc machine. Is the Shark HD an ideal cnc for smaller shop type work
Hi.
Thanks for all the instruction.
What's the vid in which you cut an X axis and a Y axis into the spoilboard? I thought it was this one, but I can't find it anywhere.
How did you get the dust boot on mid program without starting the cut over from the beginning? If I need to stop the cut and lift up the router, when starting again it starts from the beginning of the tool path.
hey mate. where did you get those clamps? Cheers
Do you have any plans for this?
What step over did you use for the bit. Thank you.
Why not just use your CNC router to make the holes?
I've got a child's toy hacksaw and some rusty nails. Can I still build this?
Next time if you flatten your spoil board, make sure your router squares up. As you can see by the marks the bit makes on your spoil board, it is under an angle to the flat surface. Ugly and not truly flat. Sorry for saying.
