1  tea glass of yoghurt
1 cup granulated sugar

4-4.5 cups of flour

انا مغربية على حسب خبرتي في الحلويات لقد عملت الدقيق اكثر من اللزم عليك ان تنقصي الدقيق وتعملي المكسرات الان ااحوى تاتي عجينها خفيف وفي الفران تسيح وتاتي رطبة. داؤما عجين الحلوى تاتي رطبة على عجين الخبز
