    Butt Ka Salan recipe by Delicious Pakistani Cuisine
    Recipe In English:
    Ingredients:
    Tripe (Butt) 1 ½ kg
    Mixed Whole Spices (Mixed Garam Masala) as required
    Onion (Pyaz) ½ kg in thick slices
    Garlic Paste (Lehsan Paste) 2 tbsp
    Ginger Paste (Adrak Paste) 1 tbsp
    Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) 1 tsp
    Paprika Powder 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) ½ tsp
    Cumin Powder (Zeera Powder) 1 tsp
    Whole Spices Powder (Garam Masala Powder) 2 tsp
    Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder) 2 tsp
    Yogurt (Dahi) ½ cup
    Dill (Soya) 1 bunch
    Green Chili (Hari Mirch) 3-4
    Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) ½ tsp
    Water (Pani) 5 cups
    Salt (Namak) 1 tbsp
    Oil (Tail) ½ cup
    Procedure:
    - In a pressure cooker add oil.
    - Add mixed whole spices and cook them for 30 seconds.
    - Add thick slices of onions and cook until the onions become soft.
    - Add the ginger and garlic paste and mix it well.
    - Add red chili powder, paprika powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, whole spices powder, coriander powder, and mix them well.
    - Add butt (tripe) to it.
    - Add salt to it and cook until oil separates.
    - Add yogurt to it and mix it well.
    - Add water and close the pressure cooker and cook it for 45 minutes after the whistle sound.
    - Butt (tripe) is tender now.
    - Add dill and green chilies to it and mix it well.
    - Add black pepper powder to it and mix it well.
    - Squeeze some lemon over it.
    - Serve it with naan and salad.
    Butt (tripe) ka Salan (Curry) is ready to serve.
