The humour of the show is that people speak their mind a lot instead of sugarcoat it. That's what made the show. It showed what the bosses do for their company. That is what leaders do. Try to think in both perspectives instead of one sided only.

TBH it is about her ordering the spicy one for everyone. Not everyone can have the same tolerance. But they can't even waste it so they have to force themselves to eat it. Also the reason why it's important is someone might have allergy to some kinda of food. I'm mentioning this bcoz it happened to one of my friends when we ordered the food before everyone arrived.

I think it was cuz at that time, she had an injury and all. Of all the times, this didn’t seem like a good time for her to blast her stomach; I don’t think it was totally out of concern for themselves, but also partially for her. She didn’t make a good choice this time tho, so yeah, I can see why they’d be worried too😅😅🤣
I don't feel weird about her calling herself in third person, I even do it sometimes acting coquettish with my bestfriends and family and we're comfortable with each other

To those who thinks that the hosts are being ignorant or annoying, please understand that it is their duty/job to give tiny or huge reaction for the guests. You can’t expect them to shut their mouth throughout the whole program or not give any reactions because the program will either be silent or awkward. Every Korean variety show or guest invited program, the hosts have to at least give reactions so that viewers don’t get bored. Stay pressed as much as you want but this is how korean variety/program works.

well to be fair lots of content is cut cause if the employees didn't want spicy they likely spoke up to order a non-spicy dish. Also as stated previously she does provide both but i feel like her loving spicy food is a running gag on here. so they will highlight the fact that her employees don't. TV always edit stuff so its not always what it seems. I'm sure you're watching some of the employees try the spicy version. She seems like a nice person who does care about her employees. She is young but she also been in the business on her own for a while and has been successful. She wouldn't be successful if she wasn't smart and aware.

Back when i was in uni, i've had friends who talk like that. That was the first time i have ever met ppl who refer to themselves in the third person but somehow i never found it strange. Instead i find it cute and endearing. It's just more common in asian culture and ppl from western countries might think it's weird cuz they're not used to it.
