My best friend of 27 years passed away from cancer this week. I sent this song to him a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. It says what us two "tough" guys couldn't. I miss him like crazy! Larry Holden thank you for 27 awesome years of true friendship.

To Kathryn Hill. When MY mum died, it just seemed to have gone rather "quiet", because, as an artist, she was a bit ecentric - and therefore characterful! I kept thinking unthinkable things, like if I threw myself in the river, in London, we could be together again. I knew such thoughts were not normal. So I went to the doctor, who, admitedley, was not an expert in such matters. He gave me a common antidepressant - and it gave me paranoid thoughts, because nothing prescribed ever suits everybody! Friends supported me - and I recovered! BUT when when my AUNT died, who people said I get my character from, I just couldn't shake it off somehow. HOWEVER, as people know that, for example, inventions are discovered by ACCIDENT sometimes, I discovered the restorative effects of the HERB ginger - when I was drinking a can of ginger soda, whilst struggling with the loss of my aunt. After the drink my mood began to improve! So it is MEDICINAL - there is obviously something in it, making it more than just a pleasant drink! Trust natural things, not strong medicine from the doctor, which made me so paranoid, I nearly threw myself under a bus!

Dedicated to my partner , a year today I was sat in a hospital on my own waiting to hear if all my skin cancer had been removed , outta the blue I had a phone call from my best friend wanting to know why I wasn’t in work .. 20 mins later there he is , right by my side shocked I’d gone to hospital without telling anyone . That day I knew he was more than just a friend and over the past year our friendship established into the most amazing relationship I’ve ever experienced 😊 he’s been there for me whenever I’ve needed him , he holds my hand when I’m down and he picks me up when I’m in need . He’s the only man I’ll ever love unconditionally .. thank you for being my everything and more ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We can look at each other and tell if somethings wrong, we think the same thoughts at the same time, etc.... I recently told her that I don't know what I'll do if she dies before me, and I told her that if I die before her, that I'm sorry I left her alone without me. So I decided that she'll get some of my ashes so she can still talk to me. I Love her with all my heart.💖 Frienship like ours is rare, and we dont take it for granted. 💖💖
