I guess I'm lucky because sleeping on my back is all i do and it's crazy because I've always felt refreshed after 6 hours of sleep and i almost never get up at night unless someone wakes me and it takes around 10-15 minutes tops to get to sleep.
Sleeping on my back giving me horrible dreams and shortness of breath most of the time. I later found it is hynic jerk and now I have been sleeping with my Left side and wouldn’t jolted up any of my sleep instances.
I've been trying for a while now to start sleeping on my back. I have tried different heights and materials of pillows but all have made my neck feel stiff the next day, it doesn't really hurt but it feels a little sore when I bend my head back. I'm usually a stomach sleeper but I really want to sleep on my back because of the wrinkle aspect. Now to my question, is there still hope that I can sleep on my back without the neck pain, or is my body just not made for back sleeping and it's something I will never be able to do without neck problems? I don't have any problems with my neck normaly.

Try sleeping on your side first for some while then on your back

I used a crappy non my pillow and it collapsed and i sunk into it like a neutron star. Litterally died and now im dead.
