I liked the presentation and saw leon talk with preston recently. He made some good points. Nevertheless I see some difficulties for companies to adopt btc to "protect their cash-flows" when a bear-market of -50% is always possilble. If btc goes up its always fun. Some sort of dca in btc over a couple of years seems to me as a proper way to implement btc on the balance-sheet.

Real estate is arguably the most utilitarian store of value. We can live in it and produce food and resources with real estate. Moving between BTC and real estate is a financial frontier where great value will be created for humanity.
