Mk1 transit hotrod Batvan 3.0 V6 home made twin side exit exhaust system

Yeah Baby!!!! 'zorst finished and am VERY happy with. does EXACTLY what i wanted it to! it's gas tight, but free flowing, lets that big 3.0 V6 rev like a motorbike. It's light weight, quiet at tick over, but sounds awesome when revved and on the over-run. THIS is what a hotrod should sound like, nice deep growl that becomes more of a howl as the rev's climb, and has a lovely rasp off the gas! it sounds so good i think i will build a similar system for my TVR! twin side exits 'a la' COBRA!

Is this straight through or is there a silencer? Sounds awesome

there were a couple of small silencers on each side from a reliant scimitar, i bought a complete used scimitar system off ebay and chopped it up and welded it into a shorter twin side exit system to fit around the van cross members, worked really well.
