It seems like Estée Lauder and Lancôme are changing the format of what the fragrance houses were use to doing. They’re discontinuing bangers/best sellers and not going as hard as the original companies. I’d rather them not acquire these fragrance houses if they gonna mess everything up🙄🥹 and Tom Ford cost way too much to be playing around with the smell and quality 🤷🏽♀️
I love it. Starts out vanilla almond. 3 to 4 hours in is a touch animalic, then at the end the florals emerge. I think it is a masterpiece in perfumery as it takes you on a journey. The name works for this in my opinion.

So happy to find your channel. I am 100% with you on this fragrance. I was ready to be blown away because vanilla is my favorite note and I'd be hearing good things about this. What a letdown. I almost couldn't believe it so I kept going back to the tester and smelling again. I texted my daughter and said hard pass. I wasn't even tempted by this one.
I was SO close to blind buying and so glad I ended up getting my backup of Ambrosia Imperiale instead! ❤ And for 30% off! 🎉 I do not like baby powder scents or strong animalic notes so sounds like a pass. I like Navitus Balklava Royale and Chocolate Queen for that nuttiness 😊
For me I got powdery , vanilla at the top and the Almond/Tonka Note projected as a cherry sour note. (like the one in Lost Cherry) After two hours on both skin and blotter it was gone and left a dirt musky animal note. IMO it was a big NO. its too expensive

its weird how we all experience the scent profile. It's final projection is dependant on different people. When i first sprayed it, it was delicious, Almond Vanilla, I wanted to eat my arm. 30 mins later it had a beautiful subtle classy floral undertone with Vanilla. It lasted 4-5 hrs and then lingered as a non offensive but enjoyable floral creamy vanilla scent.

I purchased this from Sephora. So I had 30 days to get a refund. Most boutiques don't allow returns. However Sephora, ulta and Macy's has great return policy's

I don’t think they are much alike personally. The bitter almond is prominent on the opening in vanilla sex which is different to the almond scents in rolling in love. You’ll need your stay them side by side. Rolling in love is Gourmand sweet milky to me.

I finally smelled it yesterday. I have about 13 days left to decide if I like it and whether to return my bottle or which bottle since I bought both the 30 and 50 ml bottles lol. Need to spray it more. The opening of the bitter almond is intense. It’s the same familiar almond in lost cherry - so I see the connection and cohesiveness in this “naughty” line with the naming which I can now appreciate a little more. Also smelled the new black opium red and I enjoyed it. Do I need another cherry scent is the question 🍒

to me i could smell the almond/playdoh/hypnotic poison type of scent in the opening of vanilla s3x ....but as it dried down it smelled alot like the dry down of linderdit rouge -animalic woody vanilla. the dry downs are practically identical ...IMHO i dont think it smells like any of the other fragrances you mentioned in the video. but noses are different i suppose.

After testing it, I don’t hate it, it’s okay and nice in its creamy texture, but I would hate if I got it for any of those prices including the 30mL lol. It smells like Dior Hypnotic Poison edt to me, sweet playdoh but made with bitter almonds instead that are a little stale like mothballs. Similar to Celine Dans Paris also with that almond playdoh but I think that one has a touch more spice to it and sweetness. The vanilla is very floral in my opinion, not that sweet. The baby food is on point because yeah, that too 😂
I smelled this today and was very underwhelmed. It’s almond with something dirty in the background. Maybe that’s the note that keeps sticking out to you. I can’t describe it…it’s just there.

Not the Rolling in Love comparison. They are not similar at all to me. Vanilla Sex is slightly nauseating to me. I do not care for it at all. Killian is my favorite designer and Rolling in Love is in the same category as Love Don't be Shy (which has a hair mist now BTW). I like Vanilla Sex on paper and in the air but not on my skin. Also, I just got "Birthday Sex" and the Cherry by Drunk Elephant they are both good scents.

I finally smelled it yesterday. I have about 13 days left to decide if I like it and whether to return my bottle or which bottle since I bought both the 30 and 50 ml bottles lol. Need to spray it more. The opening of the bitter almond is intense. It’s the same familiar almond in lost cherry - so I see the connection and cohesiveness in this “naughty” line with the naming which I can now appreciate a little more.
Also smelled the new black opium red and I enjoyed it. Do I need another cherry scent is the question 🍒

to me i could smell the almond/playdoh/hypnotic poison type of scent in the opening of vanilla s3x ....but as it dried down it smelled alot like the dry down of linderdit rouge -animalic woody vanilla. the dry downs are practically identical ...IMHO i dont think it smells like any of the other fragrances you mentioned in the video. but noses are different i suppose.

After testing it, I don’t hate it, it’s okay and nice in its creamy texture, but I would hate if I got it for any of those prices including the 30mL lol. It smells like Dior Hypnotic Poison edt to me, sweet playdoh but made with bitter almonds instead that are a little stale like mothballs. Similar to Celine Dans Paris also with that almond playdoh but I think that one has a touch more spice to it and sweetness. The vanilla is very floral in my opinion, not that sweet. The baby food is on point because yeah, that too 😂

I smelled this today and was very underwhelmed. It’s almond with something dirty in the background. Maybe that’s the note that keeps sticking out to you. I can’t describe it…it’s just there.

Not the Rolling in Love comparison. They are not similar at all to me. Vanilla Sex is slightly nauseating to me. I do not care for it at all. Killian is my favorite designer and Rolling in Love is in the same category as Love Don't be Shy (which has a hair mist now BTW). I like Vanilla Sex on paper and in the air but not on my skin. Also, I just got "Birthday Sex" and the Cherry by Drunk Elephant they are both good scents.
