@@eiryves8554 Ahhhhh finally someone who knows it T_T. Many people think Wheein cannot reach what Solar supports in the upper register, but she supports G#3 to C#5 with relaxed falsetto up to G5. She has the widest range out of all of the members and the most balance mix.
I don’t know if anyone else still watches this video but I always come back to this performance when I need a pick me up. Her energy here is just unparalleled.
Me too!! Wheein's stage command, energy and charisma is infectious here. She (a self-confessed ELF) reduced Heechul to gibberish with this performance, which impressed him so much he asked her to duet with him. Honestly iconic!!!

이거 본방으로 봤었는데 그 뒤로 진짜 주기적으로 영상 찾아봄ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 컨셉도 좋고 둘이 합도 잘맞고 노래는 뭐 말할것도 없이 좋고 고음 부분이 진짜 고속도로 달리는것처럼 시원시원함. 그리고 무대가 진짜 즐거워보여서 행복한 기분이 들음

If you see her interacting to other idols in the older videos you'll know.. but few of her own fans and other idol fans (Seventeen - Carats I guess) completely destroyed her confidence and picked on her for every single thing she did.. thats how she became more reserved than ever.. plus her anxiety increased as she found out ppl don't recognize her much..

+JerryDeBerry That rule of thumb is true...when it applies to an idol group or group that isn't a vocal unit and/or group like MAMAMOO or SPICA. In an idol group such as SISTAR for instance, Hyolyn would be the main and Soyu the lead which Hyolyn sings majority of their songs because: a. she's a main vocal and b. she's probably the best idol vocalist. In MAMAMOO...they are all vocalists...even Moonbyul is pretty decent. The reason I say Solar is lead is because she's the most adebt with her ability...by a small margin and in a group with al singers/vocals there is no main vocalist position. Solar is just ever so slightly better than WheeIn. Technically Solar can support her notes to a higher degree and her vocal ornamental decoration is a tad bit better but that doesn't mean WheeIn can't = her or even possibly become better like how Taemin in SHINee became good.
+Kuri Chan I agree. Solar may have more stable and wide range but Whee In has such a personality that her charm radiates through her performances. She has a strong stage presence as well.

너무 노래도 잘하고 애가 밝고 열심인게보여서 더 이쁘고 귀여워보인다. 입덕영상으로도 유명하지만 오랜만에 봤더니 눈물이 날라그러네. 21살 저때 휘인은 그저 노래를 좋아하고 때묻지않은 순수한 아이였는데. 물론 약 2년전 논란들은 잠재워졌지만 휘인이가 마녀사냥 당할 당시 악플과 나쁜시선들 때문에 얼마나 힘들어했을지...그 어린나이에 부모님께서도 이혼하시면서도 씩씩하게 혼자서울 올라와서 가수로 성공해 빚 다 갚아준, 그런 애틋한 딸이다. 그런아픔이있는줄도 모르게 사랑스러운아이였다. 그런 아이에게 '일반인비하 아이돌', '태풍사상자 모욕' 이라는 과장되고 악의적인 타이틀을 씌운 기자들, 악플러들은 그런휘인보다 나은사람이었을까.

그 때 당시 걸그룹 리드보컬들이 모여서 파일럿 프로에 출연한다기에 딱히 큰 기대는 없었는데 막상 공연 하고나니 스포 후기는 타팬들조차도 정휘인이 찢었다는 말밖에 없고 기대감이 하늘을 찔렀는데 후기보다 실제 무대가 더 오져서 한 달동안 헤어나오질 못함
그 때 아육대에서 양궁까지 금메달따고 2015 추석은 절대 잊지못하는 행복한 시기가 됨..

휘인이 이 무대가 특히 즐거워 보이는건 맞는데 슬럼프같다 우울증같다 추측일 뿐인데 말하는거 별로 안좋아보여요 슬럼프든 우울증이든 진짜라면 이해해줄수 있는데 그냥 추측으로 지금 충분히 행복할수도있는 휘인이 우울증 슬럼프로 만드는건 아니라고 봐요. 여기 댓글들 너무 감정궁예질함...

Call me sensitive or whatever, but I had tears in my eyes watching this. But like, good tears, haha. Idk. Being a fan of MAMAMOO and watching them get continuous recognition because of their talents and personalities is just amazing. Seeing Heechul be in awe at Wheein's performance... that's just a big WOW. And then this resulted in a very beautiful duet for Station. I wish I had more words to describe how happy I am for MAMAMOO but I think I'll just go and replay this video instead. It's too good. :)

Personally, I don't care for Lovelyz 'cutesy' image, but you can't deny that this is some _epic_ group singing! IMHO, Lovelyz has the best vocals in Kpop bar none, and I hate to say it, not Mamamoo.
I watched another girlband K-pop like itzy performance and mv already , and im not momos . I proudly say that mamamoo is the best vocal group .. itzy have cutest image . And they also have nice vocal. But not great as mamamoo. Each member can sing ,rapp and dancing . And u can see they're new teaser for hip song, hwasa is rapping , meanwhile moonbyul sing with high note . Don't you see that they're more talented ?. Sorry it's just my opinion. ( I'm not good in English, but I'm trying)
I know right! They are so talented, each member sings so gracefully and powerfully. Each of them went alone on singing program like this and slayed while them being together slayed even big singing competition like immortal songs. Winning the whole episode two times and a half episode once. TALENTS only. They are literally the best! PERIOD.
