I have the MiniMax si 315 elite s and love it. Same saw as the Felder but half the cost in 2016. If you run a cabinet shop this is a must tool to have. I use to struggle with trying to cut large panels on a regular table saw even though I had wrap around table around it. People complain that these saws take up to much room, but, if you measure what room a full 4x8 sh.plywood takes in back ,front and side of a regular table saw, this takes up no more room. I mounted a on/off switch on the end of my sliding table, works great. Felder, MiniMax, and other brands are great machinery for this purpose.

Just watching you do cutting, I sense that your blade is slightly dull and the rip fence is slightly out of square.? I have several Felder machines and they cover what I need. Felder even told me not
to get a Hammer saw due to quality issues. I rarely cut panel plywood. The burn marks on the cut edge from the saw teeth are indicators that the wood or rip fence is out of square.

Scorer either blunt or too high.

It was a lack of power in the shop, I was only drawing about 196V. The saw struggled and even blew a capacitor. I'm in a new shop now with proper power and no longer experience issues with the scoring blade slowing down/stopping or the saw starting.
