In one scene she pushes him and walks away crying and dejected, in one scene she sees him after her marriage with Numair so it's kinda predictable that she'll be attracted towards Moiz even after marriage with Numair but then she'll fall in love with Numair's patience and understanding nature. Sry if u think if it's a spoiler...
