Hi Dude, I think the wind shield looks amazing and just gives it a pretty unique look too! Also the handle bar you have placed there makes lots of sense for long trips, a friend went to Russia on the same bike with standards handle bars and he also updated them after.

best mods im running.... heated grips, screen, r6 throttle, shorter clutch and break levers, air filter, exhaust, rad protector, crash bobbins, power commander, rear shock cover, removed pillion seat, removed pillion footpegs, bellypan, tailtidy, and probably a dozen more smaller things ive forgotten.
^ that’s pretty much all you need. Done about 90% of that list and I can guarantee it looks solid
But honestly the top 5 is
#1 Exhaust
#2 Heated grips
#3 Power Commander
#4 Windscreen
#5 engine protectors

Really enjoy your video's mate, so how tall are you? I am 5'6" and am thinking about trading my mt07 in for a tmax. Is there much of a difference in seat height between those bikes? Since you've reviewed the tmax before, what would you say are the positives and negatives compared to each other? Cheers!

There's not much difference in seat height but the Tmax has a wider seat which makes it harder to straddle oi oi ;)
The TMAX really is a luxury sports scooter much more suited to around town and commuting where as the MT07 is a characterful motorcycle which is not as versatile but more sporty and powerful
Test ride them both my advice :)

You need to flash ECU or get a fuel module, regardless of what anyone says. Exhaust mods, intake mods, you need a tune.

@@Z900_Wizz nah, changed my mind and got something decent, er-5 2002. Kept it stock after my 125 was straight piped for 2 years. Now she is gone 😭 water tanker pulled out, week in coma, broken arm again, collapsed lung, near death experience 😁 still getting a bike after 4 month med ban is over. Oh also a broken wrist 🤣 forgot about that

Have ever considered putting the r6 throttle tube on the mt07. If not just type mt07 throttle mod into CZcams and see what you think
Anxiety rider it’s the best mod you can do to the bike it just responds faster because it’s a shorter twist

Hey bro I'm 26 I've wanted a bike for a very long time I had a CBT 10years ago. Would the MT 07 be a good starter bike for myself? Cheers walty667
walty667 I know it's a late reply and you've probably made up your mind but all the reviews and videos I've saw have said that power group is a great starter platform and there's no better bike around the price than the mt07, the sv650 is very close so if you like the look or riding position of it more then that may be a better choice. I'm in the same boat as you tho and I'm going for the mt07
Honestly if you have to ask then I say no you aren’t mature enough to make your own decisions and are not confident on the bike when you understand this that’s when your going to know oh I know I can ride this or that bike with out asking permission if it’s ok for you to ride
the windscreen does absolutely nothing on this bike. removing the mirrors not only is illegal, it's dangerous. If you really want a mod to clean up the bike, try the R&G passenger peg delete kit, or a motodynamic LED integrated tail light. Did you add any fuel programmer since you're running a race exhaust?
Removing the mirrors is not illegal in the UK, even if it is dangerous. Adding an integrated tail light is however illegal in the UK, as the same LED's used to show braking are used to signal. So when both actions are happening, the lights are less clear.
apologies on not being clear, I do not know the laws in the UK, but here in the states it is not legal in most states.

Your lack of mirrors will get you killed squid. Mirrors are your second best friend after a helmet.

Riders with loud bikes are really douchey....just make it sound good. The loudness makes me feel that they are desperate for attention.
What if the bike is loud from factory? Maybe could be that a lot of them just love to ride in big and very fast motorcycles.
Honestly yea at first I said the same but after installing a Akra it does help so you get noticed more especially at night it has saved me a few dozen times that and my quick thinking and awareness
