I 100% agree, Matthew def did this song better. NPH is amazing, and most def can sing(dr horrible singalong blog, any one?) but Matthew just brings something to the performance NPH doesn't. These two need to do more duets together, even to this day. Their voices mix so well together. They're incredible singers. This was one of the BEST duets on Glee, and I loved their Piano Man duet too even though that was super short. Loved this episode too.
This is one of my favorite performances ever on a television program. Morrison and NPH voices compliment each other so well. That final note that NPH belted out sent chills through my body. I've easily seen this hundreds of times already. Purely amazing

I'll never forget watching this in the living room with my family when it aired. My mom and dad both were blown away. 😂 I always thought my family was cool for watching Glee together. 15 Years later and it still amazes me.
