Man I can still remember the day I learned of this tragic accident. oh my lord. Growing up in New York, I've been able to have the chance to sing with him&the boys and been able to hear his preached word. And David is right! I dont remember a time ever seeing Rev Wright, whether it be singing or preaching, that David wasnt up on that organ!lol may God continue to strengthen this family! Love them from the bottom of my heart!:)
The greatest part of this interview for me was when they told the Reverend about the death of his wife and his reply was..."God knows!" Wow! That spoke volumes 2 me. When you can't understand why bad things happen to good people, "God knows!" The legacy of Rev. Wright is evident is his sons the RIGHT brothers. It is a blessing 2 see that throughout all they endured that they still trust & love God. This may his best sermon ever....God bless the Wright brothers....Write a song titled "God knows!"
Watching this was very emotional for me. I can’t imagine losing my mother, son, and father like that all at once. Or waking up from an accident to find out my wife of 39 years and my grandson died. I don’t know how they do it. But I do know God gives his hardest battles to his toughest soldiers. God continue to watch over this family and bless them.
I agree if my dad passed away from an accident like that…wow on the flip I thank God for Pastor Wright and all that he’s done in the community and the cogic was great.
Great interview!!! This really brings somewhat of closure to the rest of us in the Gospel community!!!! It really takes a lot of Godly strength to deal with such a great lost... God Bless The Wright Family!!!!
Rev. Wrights Reply("God Knows") to the passing of First Lady Wright Just gave me reassurance that there is a God! You cant tell me God isnt Real smh....Pray Gods blessings and strength upon the Wright Familly. JESUS...JESUS....JESUS
ISAIAH 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
