- I acquired several new flat cars, hitches and era-specific trailers so I did a TOFC video. Semi trailers on train cars makes me happy!

Awesome! Being from Chicago IC was always my favorite railroad.
This really takes me back as a little kid seeing the ICG diesels and piggyback roll on the old ICG/electric ( metra) line now owned by CN in Chicago.

Where did you find those flatcars, or what kits and decals did you use?
All of the rail cars are Athearn, the black cars were released about 7-8 years ago and they included the piggyback trailers with them (search my old videos). The brown cars were released probably 4-5 years ago and they did not include the trailers. Many companies produce HO scale trailers that you can find at your hobby store.
@ck7813 there aren't many train focused hobby stores in Phoenix it seems and I've been struggling to find IC/ICG liveried products. I see walthers is selling the trailers without the rolling stock so i was hoping to modify IC/ICG flatcars or repaint already built TOFC rolling stock.

The SD40-2 #6040 is an Intermountain sound-equipped locomotive. I don't remember for sure, but I think it was produced around 2016/2017ish. They are pretty much sold out via hobby/train stores but they do pop up for sale on eBay every once in a while.
