You can talk to your rep, but the files have to come directly from the manufacturer. This is to avoid any sort of legal issues with incorporate files not approved by the manufacturer into blue sky bios software. Also, the files have to be oriented in such a manner so that the software engineers know how to orient them in the software.

Sorry, PreForm is a printing software. BlueSkyPlan is a design software. You need BSP to design. Then, whatever printing software your printer uses. I use RayWare because I use SprintRay printers.
