Definitely much higher than 240 for extended 16th streams. Top ITG stamina players can stream for multiple minutes at 300+, such as Kieran ITG with The Rat Race, at ~305 BPM. czcams.com/video/_oTHABljsWk/video.html
Naturally, such streams virtually require very sensitive modded pads, which most DDR pads are not.
