If it does have 12 mm hex nuts on the axle, I would love to put on a set of pre-mounted, Duratrax Deep Woods tires. They come with 2.2 wheels, tires have an aggressive tread. They are 4.75" tall, by, I think, almost an inch wide.
Yup it will take any 12mm hex wheel it looks like

So would you recommend this rc crawler or the Remo Hobby Cheerwing 1/10 scale rc crawler? I am curious to know which one is better because I'm looking at getting one or the other.

Where’s the best place to get parts for these? My body post mounts broke and I can only find the post and the piece in between the shock towers and I have looked everywhere. Any ideas?

ah man .... yes, plastic ones we upgraded to metal ones; the plastic ones started to sow signs of wear after upgrading the battery

@@That_RC_Channel I ordered one a couple days ago, on a whim... Well let's call it that 😂, without looking up reviews first, something I never do on these cheap knockoffs.
I looked after the fact. And your video was the first to come up, and it didn't fill me with hope 😂. On the bright side, it looks to be an scx10 clone, so upgrades should be easy.
@@dwaynewilliams3077 honestly its very good especially if you got it on an Amazon deal....we have thick stuff here but everything worked amazing in stock form ZERO issues....it's when you upgrade the plastic starts taking a beating......yup many SCX10 parts are a direct swap we have done many mods so far
@@dwaynewilliams3077 I am ordering one right now. I can just take out parts from my busted scx10. Replace the plastic stuff and get new shocks and batteries. Other than that I will just leave it how it is.

A few warnings to take note:
This battery is much more powerful so upgrading the metal parts is a good idea (check our other videos on this rc out)
You must switch the plug on the ESC before using the new battery the instruction manual shows how its vert easy.
Trim ur fender well openings before raising the entire body for god sakes. Also u put way too much grease in diffs. Grease hardens in the cold so u will break some gears with it packed full
Not sure why you want me to trim the fender wells? The body sits pretty low as it is…….the peanut butter grease supplied will break things…..we used a automotive wheel bearing grease which is just fine we use it in all our rigs ZERO ISSUES IN COLD……
