Since the DC Multiverse line started I’ve wanted a 7’ scale Adam West Batman. Finally it’s here and it looks fantastic 🎉. Definitely buying 2 as one is definitely getting some “Toy Surgery “ customization. Can’t wait ! Excellent review friend 🎉
He's a bit off. The blues are supposed to be darker like, and the logo is smaller while lower on the chest. And Mr. West is 6"2, the fig is a bit shorter.. Holy accuracy, batman!! However, I'm looking forward to mine. Thanks for the review 🫡
Hope we get the same ‘66 characters in 7” as we did in 6”. Not holding my breath though, and I’d really be surprised if he gives us the corresponding playsets as well. Thanks for a great review.
@@thescarletandgrey2505 I doubt we will get playsets but I’m sure we will get Robin, Joker, maybe Catwoman and Riddler. Could see a 7” batmobile 66 as well.
Coool been looking forward to this one, have on order, oh Green Rock are great have bought 4 figs from them so far, super quick delivery and well boxed so came in great condition. Also good prices.
Awesome review can’t wait for this figure! I wasn’t collecting when Neca put out theirs. The Manga Batman looks awesome too. I’m not positive but Manga’s villain Lord Death Man was in McFarlane’s smaller scale 66 line. So I think that means he’s in the 66 continuation comics. Anyway they’d all totally work together in a Batverse crossover
The cape is a big detractor, minor compared to say Supergirl's overall issues and early face sculpts but given how good the figure is overall it's a fairly big deal.
Not a fan of that big ab cut (especially on such a plain design). They could have just given him a decent ball joint at the waist. Sometimes less is more.
The figure looks great but I have to agree about the cape. TBH I'm not a fan of soft goods in general though, so I doubt I'd have liked the cape even if it was more accurate to the show.
NECA=fragile (soak it in warm water for about 10 minutes) With way more detail. DC MacFarlane= action figure. So...The 89/Flash Keaton's cape isn't wired, but the '66 is. Oh well. A bit of black wire brings that 89 cape to life.
I love that they made all of the movie batman's but todd definitely makes too many batmans. I'm looking for batman rogues superman, rogues and flash rogues.
Batman is what pays for most of this line though. The 5 random Batman variants that come out every few months are the reason we’re able to also get characters like Clock King, Metallo, Starfire, Penguin, etc. Batman ensures that the line stays alive so we can get all the other characters that we want.
neca did a better job at capturing the likness off Keaton and West in their version of Batman figures so i think im good afor now, this is a pass for me.
Shame he didn’t come with a rubber shark and anti-shark repellent, would have made it perfect 😂

I just found him today at walmart. I agree that the cape is just too long and fisted hands woulda been great.

The blue plastic is the wrong shade , too light and "teal" . The cape is the correct dark purple-blue ... and too long ! But i'm still happy 👍

I agree with you. Diaphragm cuts often don’t offer much articulation and they work best with complex designs where the cut is hidden by the sculpt.
