Need for Speed Unbound (stylised as NFS Unbound) is an upcoming 2022 racing video game developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. It is the twenty-fifth instalment in the Need for Speed series, the first for Criterion since 2013's Rivals with Ghost Games and the first as a main developer since 2012's Most Wanted.
Unbound was revealed by EA on October 6, 2022, and developed by Criterion. The game features an art style that merges artistic elements like cel-shading and graffiti art with the more realistic art style of other Need for Speed games.[1][2] The map is based in a fictional city inspired by Chicago called Lakeshore City.[3] This game is set to be released on December 2, 2022, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S

I can still remember when I initially saw the first Need For Speed game running on a PC. I was so impressed with the lifelike graphics. lol 🤭

It had a Diamond Monster 3D Voodoo card.
The 3Dfx effects were mindblowing. :P

Concordo 100%, se fosse tudo realista com uma história braba seria incrível. Podia até bater de frente com forza horizon 5 graficamente falando apesar do forza ser absolutamente lindo.

GTAV is 10 years old and the cars on PS5 aren’t far off from this game; a game that only focuses on cars.
Meanwhile this game doesn’t have much going on and yet the environment doesn’t look realistic at all, kinda reminds me of all the sports games.

If you don't have PC and can't justify spending likely a few grand a PS5 is more than worth the money tbh, especially if you get PS+ premium because they give out free games monthly and there's a massive library of stuff you can stream or try before you buy.

They shoulda stuck with the MW/HEAT formula. MW to this date still has the best gameplay of any NFS game. Can play MW on binge mode but any other NFS game couple hours and I'm bored as hell

yes you can use cloaked effect which reduces most of the animated effects but not all of them
There is a mod that disables the effects completely 😁

Not even awesome, many people hated this game because it just grinding to death for just one car, thats not included for DLC and others. Racing events are much smaller than previous games they have, just prepared to grind one map for hundred times with different car but same events.
Dont even try to make argument with musics, this is true DOGWATER quality of music compared to Pro Street, Most Wanted, Carbon, Underground and even Burnout series have much more souls and impact. IF you played this game, just MUTE it and you are good to go.
EA has fallen so low that they did not even tried to add some Metal or Rock music anymore, instead they added HIPPIES and RANTS on their soundtracks.

This is the WORST NFS game, has very very BAD reviews, its definitely not amazing lol. Its poor handling, boring story and the cartoon look is awful. Not worth the money, and its so crap its just been added to gamepass, were they put all the crap games they can't sell.
Cartoon effects can be disabled. Handling isn't bad.
