    Craig hit me between the eyes a number of times on some of my tightly held beliefs (which turned out to be ego fears).
    Each time he challenged me, my initial reaction was inner resistance…because like most people, I don’t like to be “wrong”…
    But when I quieted down, I could feel my intuition affirming where he was speaking truth. Once that happened, big chunks of resistance burned off quickly.
    My Kundalini journey has been - and continues to be - a gauntlet of consistent discomfort and pain.
    But Craig helped teach me early on how to soften, trust and let Kundalini’s intelligence work her magic. And boy, has it been magical.
