Really is amazing I found Lauren when I was recovering in a hospital after trying to end my life... I had no friends left, no one to talk to ... I came across her music and it encouraged my hope for a new life. It changed the way the wind felt, it changed the way I’d look at the sky with a smile and not a question to take me away! your voice to me was like a guardian Angels. A new way to foresee a new world for me but on the same planet... Thank you for your music, it reached my soul so deep & made my heart beat again like new... I'm so glad you found her music. I first heard her voice when i was going through a hard time in school and I had no friends and low self esteem even though I was valued among my family and teachers, I still felt pathetic and inadequate. I felt that once I heard her music I could never go back. I then afterwards allowed God to work more fully in my life. I didn't really get in yiuch with my self esteem until year later when I was volunteering and there was this lady who told me her story of how people miss treated her because of her facial birthmark. I then realized that I shouldn't care what other people should think or say about me. I decided give more of my time and energy to God and I seek more to grow closer to him. I was trying to search for a way to show God's love and to think of people in a brighter light because I have a tendency to judge people. I was inspired by a reading from morning mass and it changed me even more. 1 Corinthians 13. I finally found my answer. I have contemplated on this and went before the Eucharist and have sought to love my neighbor more fully. It's like what John Paul II said the only response to another human being is love. Hopefully that gives you some insight on how I became closer to Him by a single song, Trust in You. God bless!

We have a big God that works big miracles
I am a 16 year old girl . I've never really been close to God , I've always had some sort of hatred towards him , whenever anything goes wrong in my life , I blame him . A few years ago I got into drugs with my friends and the one day I had an extremely bad experience, a bad "high" . I honestly thought I was going to die . I called out to God and asked him to help me through it . I have never seen God so clearly in my life, he was so close I could almost touch him . He held my hand through it all and gave me a sense of peace even in the midst of all the stress and anxiety which I was feeling . God is so REAL ! I remember sitting and crying for days , I still cry to this day , because I had mocked God all my life , I actually hated him , but yet when I called out to him that night he was right there, he showed me love like I've never felt before . I'll never be able to fully explain what happened that night, but all I know is that God is REAL . Isn't it crazy how we always find a way to blame God when things dont go well , God has a plan and a purpose for ALL of us , and unfortunately we have consequences to face in life due to our bad choices, God gives us a free will, and it is up to us to make the right decisions , but fortunately God is a selfless God, and will always be there when we call upon his name . Just because you're serving God DOES NOT mean you'll have an easy life , but luckily we have God to guide us along the way and lead us onto the correct path . I don't know why I typed this tonight, but I feel like I needed to share my experience in hopes that it gives others hope.

Thankyou, I had a “similar “ experience and am going thru another life changing moment that hurts at 20 and my 16 year old self would be a little proud because I know who is there by my side since I called into him myself, now even thru this things can hurt me but never lead me down that path again

Thank you so much for writing this song. I was sexually abused growing up and my innocence was definitely stolen... for some reason I always felt strong enough to get through it. Wasn't until I was a grown-up and worked at through all of my past events that I saw that Jesus was there with me the whole time. Then I was a single mom for many years. Then I almost died as I had a massive tumor in my spine. All these trials and tribulations but Jesus has been there he has never let me down. He will never let any of you down if you just trust in him!!!

So I'm 15 years old, and I am continuously traveling a 4 hour drive from Louisiana to Texas and back again. It's been hard on me because I absolutely love my home church but have had to keep leaving constantly. Through it all, I've held God closest, I have honored his every word, and I know he will work all things out for my good. But even still, sometimes I just feel so hopeless in my situations. As people, this is so common. Anyways, so this song kept 'glitching' on to my phone so that I could hear it. And I know it was God showing me his promise to me. But I just want to let every single soul know, YOU are worthy, YOU are loved, and no matter the heartache, no matter the struggle, no matter the fear, he is always working for your good. This song is such a blessing because I had been adopted and lost my birth father since he was selfish. Last year my rabbit went missing after a dog attack, we thought she would die so I was praying every morning, night and I was begging god to not let me lose her and he answered my prayer and saved her. (We found her behind my bush shaking). It's amazing how even after a dog attack she had no bruises or injuries and was safely found. I will never underestimate our heavenly father ever again!

My 17 year old daughter gave birth at 37 weeks to a beautiful child - my first Grandbaby - named Evalyn Grace on April 11, 2019...but Evalyn did not survive. These past three months have been devastating and the grief has been crippling but God has been so good to us. We know one day we will be reunited with little Evalyn. Peace and blessings.

This was the last song I listened to before going into theatre for my elective caesarean section. In theatre things didn't go as planned and I started losing so much blood. My hands turned white and was almost going into shock. But this song kept on playing in my head and I knew for sure it wasnt my day to die. The doctors and nurses till date don't believe I survived through all that. God loves me and is real.

Heard this song for the first time today. My brother killed himself almost 10 years ago.....and it has been difficult. Difficult to overcome the feelings of loss, regret and shame because I didn't or couldn't do anything to help him. God has been 'closer than a brother' and He has made his presence known to me. This song was featured in the movie “Redeeming Love” it’s a movie based on the book of Hosea . This movie is a PG-13 but shows the love of God and how he can change lives. I have went to watch it 4x. Each time I have cries and it has touched my heart. We all are sinners saved by grace and we never know what someone has been raised in or been sold into. Jesus is the “Rescuer” !! He is the only way to peace and happiness. Redeeming Love is exactly what he is and gives us each day

Insightful info information...I have the same circumstances, my vessel, ( body) is badly broken.. Multiple dibilitating diseases and diagnosises. Doctors giving Experation dates, dates getting Closer.... BUT I LIVE,...HE LIVES THRU ME/ IN ME. Some mornings /evenings I struggle just to breathe, I struggle to walk a few steps, instead of remaining in that wheel chair. My faith has overwhelmed even some of my closest family dont seem to care or only check on me thru my one daughter, where there are weeks where i have NO Human contact except for a 1/2 hour visit from one of my 5 children. I prayed for God to send me just ONE Special Friend or Someone to love me, the way i have poured myself out and into loving others, And Then I relized He had Already answered my prayer. Sometimes we dont see blessings Before our eyes.... I didnt. I was looking all around not seeing , My friend that i had been praying for was there all along... ( My medical transpotation driver, hes been my knight i. Shining armour. Do Not Ever Give Up! Father Always hears our prayers he just doesnt answer them as we expect at times... Sometimes its so much more than we expected, bringing unimaginable JOY, Restoring Hope, Sight, and Faith, with a light and Love that surpasses ALL understanding... When it happens...There is No Doubt.. Hes lifting you out of that Valley now. Always Remember HE WILL NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU..AND EVERY BIT OF HIS LIVING WORD IS TRUE! MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU.
