If you know anything about him, you would know that he worked his fucking ass off his entire life. Worked with top chefs, top kitchens, top service, everyday for hours on end, in which mistakes were absolutely lethal. Never quitting or giving up, never going the easy path. Imaging doing this for decades on end. The guy is an absolute madman. I would think that you would be capable of something as simple as working a counter without breaking a sweat.

If you yell with your diaphragm, it is much less stressful on your throat and you can go on and on without losing your voice. I went to a military school and once you're higher ranking and have to be able to yell a lot, they teach you this, first thing.

You want to be able to pull the breath from your lower chest and stomach and use those muscles as the sort of action of how to scream, instead of using it from your throat. You’ll feel it more in your stomach rather than it tickling/scratching at your throat

In any situation where you have to work as a team, it can be a success starting with good communication and what better way to do that than someone who's very vocal (I mean even in any team-based games we have tendencies to communicate like we're shouting or even actually shouting LOL). I won't be surprised if he was the key to get through their dinner service that night.
