Best Pepper Steak Recipe | Easy Beef Stir Fry | Fluffy Basmati Rice Recipe |Steak and Pepper

- This pepper steaks recipe is so so delicious and easy to make at home. Just steak and a few ingredients and you have tasty stir fried beef with fluffy basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb Skirt steak, cut into thin stripes
Salt and pepper
2 tbs Rice flour, to coat and thicken sauce
1 Tsp Corn starch, to coat and thicken sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Green bell pepper, cut into julienne
1 Red bell pepper cut into julienne
1 orange bell pepper , cut into julienne
1 White onion, cut into julienne
1 tbs garlic, chopped
1 tbs ginger , minced
3 Tbs Tamari sauce ( Gluten free soy )
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Tsp Honey
Scallions and Cilantro to cook and garnish. - Jak na to + styl

You did not use any soy sauce and shaoxing wine! Can't claim it is the best when you didn't use those ingredients. Also, Chinese people don't make pepper steak accompanied by basmati rice. It is with Thai AA jasmine rice.

I’m sorry my meat must be washed before marinated… Though that isn’t the standard according to the Ministry of Food and Safety Inspections. Nevertheless ya’ll this is the very same meat products we intake whenever we dine out. Yesss it’s indeed…Don’t we enjoy those favourite restaurants meals?! Then at the end of that delicious meal we give 30-40 % tips. We message family/friends or better yet we go on social media and give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to that restaurant down the lane. 😆

But why you don't wash the meat. It has an odour due to the Myoglobin and been long in the supermarket. You can atleast wash it with lime or lemon 🍋 or rinse it with vinegar to cut down the smell , or atlease rinse with just WATER but people are different anyway

@@alicenjoroge9550 that Chicken has preservatives you know, and meat is injected with a preservative substance , washing it with lemon cannot make it contaminated , the Myoglobin in it makes it to have a stale smell.
● i have learnt from the pandemic not to trust what those in Authorities are saying , so if FDA says don't wash it , just eat and later you experience misbilding of Cells and later CANCER will FDA take care of you ?Chicken are not slaughtered and sold the same day in Western world . It must have taken some days in the supermarket before it reaches you the consumer so its not FRESH.

Sorry but that meat have to be wash before you cook it, I worked in a meat dept. And believe me when you open a package like that the smell is not too pleasant
You really don't need to wash meat before cooking. Cook all your meat to the recommended temperatures ( US) Meat /Beef 155F, poultry/chicken 165F and Fish 145F. Well if there's a reason you need to wash your ,may be you dropped your meat and it got sandied, that's understandable. Please source your meat from trusted and licensed vendors to ensure freshness and quality. Smelly meat or chicken is a good indication of it not being fresh. Hope this helps.
If that meat smells bad when you opened, it was bad. Need to return it get your money back and shop somewhere else
You should be sorry because you're spreading paranoia and falsehood. If YOUR meat stinks it's spoiled and washing it is not going to help. Cooking meat at recommended temp kills any bacteria. Perhaps you live in a 3rd world country without proper refrigeration and good hygiene?
No when you wash meat before cooking it becomes watery and tasteless

Hello chef ,u did the same thing I see a lot of people do and that is not wash your meat u just took it out the pack cut it and put seasoning on it ,not good 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼just because the meat hit the hot oil don’t mean anything just saying looks good through but clean your meat or rinse it at least✌️

@cc564 you are correct. However this applies to the old days when people use to slaughter and process their own meat. Modern meat processing technologies under USDA rules have included washing and sanitizing technologies in their processes therefore it is not necessary to wash the meat in such circumstances. But again this depends on where the meat comes from.

This is by far the best and easiest recipe I"'ve seen in a long time. You manage your cooking skills very well you know what you are doing and they are very pleasing to the eye and palate. If I'm in the store I know what to get to make the dish you are making for that day if I want to try it. The chicken and potatoes were delicious and very easy I loved the idea of using yellow potatoes it made the dish very appealing I didn't have to buy 20 things to make one dish look and taste so good thank you.
