    Definitely trying this recipe….I soak my salt fish by pouring hot water and adding sugar to it. The next morning I rinse it, taste and if I have time soak it in more hot water. My Spanish supermarket sells the codfish that you have already deboned, couple left nothing crazy. Going to make this with some bakes! 🇩🇲🇩🇲

    I boil my salt fish after soaking over night.
    It gets plump and soft, easy to flake

    Good recipe but why add salt to salted fish?

    • @samsgiftedhands3998
      @samsgiftedhands3998  Před 2 lety +5

      Yes you have to because when you put in the flour and water the taste of the salt from the codfish is gone. If you want you do not have to the choice is yours.
