It’s crazy you talked about Intrusive thoughts, because that’s something I’ve been struggling with and last night I went to my church’s women’s meeting and the topic was intrusive thoughts, and now you talking about it in this video, out of all the videos I wanted to catch up on today by you, I chose this one. It’s crazy, it really makes you stop and think, “ok God, I’m listening”
The greatest piece of advice was by my dad when I was dealing with depression. He said (count it all as joy when the fog comes over you and you go through trials) God is good 👍 🙏 🙌 ❤️

Love y’all and so much of this advice! Just be careful in terms of discernment when getting advice from others and compare it to what the Bible says. That advice from Dr. Amen about happiness being a moral obligation (whether hyperbolic or not), is dangerous and contrary to what the Bible teaches (remember that joy is very different from happiness!). I’ve heard a lot from Dr. Amen that is concerning, so just continue to use wisdom! Love y’all so much and thank you for what you’re doing for the Kingdom!

satan ALWAYS speaks bad things. God will always speak Good things to you, that bring life! satan speaks death.

One way to know is that God will never go against what he’s already said. So if what you hear goes against what he’s already revealed in his Word (the Bible) then it’s not from God
Compare it to the word of the bible! God is not the author of confusion and also pray to the Holy Spirit that you hear him and that the words from the enemy are quieted🤍
