I don't like the face
It looks so beautiful. I would love to get a 3D printer one day, get better modeling skills, and attempt this my self one day. It is such a wonderful custom. Not that I know how to make models like this, but I would have tried to make 2 pegs on the boiler door area, Thomas's face area, and have Thomas's face separate with holes in the back so you could give him custom expressions. If you ever have time, you should make another one of these, and make room for a motor and make an HO/OO model. This Thomas models even tops your amazing Bulgy model. This is no joke THE best 3D printed project I have ever seen.

+Thomas Blue Thank you for the nice comment! Giving Thomas custom expressions as you suggest is feasible, and I might add that as an option later. This model is close to S Gauge because that was the best size to work on while keeping the model small. Anyway, thank you for the nice words! They keep me motivated :)

So since this is a TVS Version is there going to be a railway series version?
Since a project like this takes several months to do, I am focusing on making different engines rather than different versions of the same engine
through 3d printing is it possible to make it roll?

I think in the TV series, some at the front, it's missing 2 lampiorns, and a vacuum pipe on Thomas. I think you need to add it up.
Yeah, I left those parts out because they was to small to 3D print, and I wanted the model to rely on only 3D printing (except for the axles which are 2mm steel bars). In retrospect I guess I could fake it by using just the raw PLA filament. Next time!
How about the parts from the old bachmann Thomas at the front? That will do it.

The wheels on bulgy does also move. I do want to make curves and trucks and everything, but since every model takes a month or two to make I cant do it all at once :)
