    The officials started the clock .2 seconds too late. Clock starts when the ball is received. Slow motion the video. Derek Fisher shot the ball with .1 on the clock. He has .2 to move before the clock started. Therefore Derek Fisher's shot took .5 seconds.

    • @DaaaaBlackmamba
      @DaaaaBlackmamba Před 10 lety +9

      they also stopped the clock .3 seconds too late on Timmy made shots. so it all adds up. official counted it and who are we to say it didnt count.

    i dont care what anybody says, dfish will always be a laker in my eyes. the man played with all his heart and created some of my favourite moments in NBA basketball. the 0.4 second game winner. clutch three pointers against orlando in 09 finals. the game changing fourth quarter in game 3 2010 against boston (emotional postgame interview). and the game tying three pointer in game 7 of the same series. i'll never forget this guy. laker for life.

    There were a few things that made this shot even better.
    1. It was right after another very clutch shot
    2. 4/10th of a second left
    3. They ran away before it could be reviewed.

    To be fair, they were a bit imprecise with pausing the clock at 0.4 seconds... The shot was drained roughly around 0.6 seconds. :P Under normal circumstances, it'd be inconsiderable, but if Fisher managed to make a shot on such scanty time... Yep, it's less inconsequential (not that they could have seen it coming).

    for the records though. Jackson called the lakers time out after Duncan's basket. Then the players went to the floor. Then Popovic called a time out for the Spurs. then Jackson called another time out then he sent the players in a random position to fake a play. Then he called another time out and set that play up for Fisher... Just to show you how smart Jackson is.... 3 time outs were called to make that play. Spurs were up on that series 2-0 but Lakers went on to win in 4-2..
