His voice is most likely his undertale dialogue voice pitched around in a lot of different ways and wrapped to fit the song a lot better
@@itzdarealpokeplayer8223 well that's what his old version was (in LNO's Playable sans mod) but now he actually says vowels, I notice, I don't know why, but I always take notice to little things like that, and my guess is that it's either sampled from Patrick or Daddy Dearest pitched down.
