This is a unique twist on some piano classic tunes from the house scene. Only one word for him AMAZING. Was a pleasure to be one of the first to see him :) .
I take my hat off to this man. After watching this video 6 months ago he inspired me take up the piano. I'm 41 and I'm about as musical as a tomato. Never played any keyboard. I'm now having lesions and have brought a collection of keyboards. I can now play some piano house music and I am learning every day. Thankyou Davos. I owe you a beer. Your my inspiration.
I've done the same and started playing again, a few house tunes. Two beers owed now Davos!

AP Developments This is something I want to do, just so I can play old school house tunes, how hard did you find it to learn the piano, darn think looks impossible to me.
Jogo Lock Its not hard to learn but you have to be really dedicated. It all comes down to scales at the end of the day. Repletion, repetition & repetition. Trust me, old school house tunes are not hard to learn at all. A lot of it is about tension & release within scale tones that exist within the chords. Jazz legend Barry Harris said that you need to learn the piano horizontally, not just vertically as in playing chords. That couldn't be more true. You never get to a point where you say "i've got it" because you spend your whole life learning & improving. The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know.
I was so lucky to be there at the party and I can speak for everyone saying we are all buzzing that he has reached global recognition so many big things ahead for our mate Davos xxx

I’m 46 and have played piano and keyboard & composed my whole life I am still impressed every time I hear someone playing my favorite house music . Back when I was young and life was so new House music wasn’t just a sound or a song It literally was our Religion !!!!!!

Everyone is missing the real masterpiece in that - it’s the minute long piano solo at the very beginning. I’ve been trying to play it out on my piano - it’s damn difficult !
Ive introduced this to my kids who are now 18 and 21. Ive only just seen it myself. No dance music like it now. The "togetherness" that piano house and the era gave to us was pure magic. Sir Davros. Thank YOU for this you absolute LEGEND xxx

LEGEND video - so glad I saved it cuz I could not remember the name of it and HAD to find it again. I know there's another piano anthem video on YT too - but both are very proper. This guy was the inspiration for me to go back to playing the piano so I could play all this stuff too. I was grade 8 at 15 and I packed it up at 16 but I’m now 48 and started to play again. That’s why I do. Thanks mate. I was a raver in the early 90s so all this stuff was my era and you got me playing again! Nice one laaa
