hey man, i can understand what youre going through, but trust me when i say this. everything in life depends on us and us exclusively, the individual is the key. no matter what youre going through only you can change the outcome, no need for motivation music or help, its hard to stand in life by your self but trust you can learn a lot. anxiety has effects everyone, but only the individual decides if it wants to be affected enough to fall into the trap of doing something. being affected by something and letting that something affect you are 2 completely different things. life isnt that complicated, trust me, life is a whole lot simpler than we think it is. hope the best what youre through, sure music helps everyone but at the end of the day you decide if you want to change your self or help your self, good luck

(flash back part) this music is the best stimulation ever, i just had some random youtube video going while having a really creative phase and switching to this music finally led to the biggest creative explosion i ever had(over the last hour). im in constant state of anxiety with my heart going a little bit faster and had like 3 new ideas so far ranging from my goals in life over mobile app developing ideas to getting much clearer and less fearful over the bad aspects of life. right now i wish at the end it was a perfect average of 50 50 bad and good things that happened to me experiencing something bad is sooooo good in retrospect edit (live thinking part) 3 seconds later experiencing something bad isn't always good. sorry if i hurt you. very often i think that i've not encountered enough pain or feelings of loss yet to relate. feelings i wouldn't like to experience again. i couldn't name you a single one right now :/ there are some things i am fearful of. but it not things that happened, its things that are. my thoughts right now are so plenty of order and sense yet so contradictory. i mean just start reading this comment again lol (quoting the first paragraph)im in constant state of anxiety with my heart going a little bit faster (quote end) i heard some days ago that the brain takes up 20% of the energy consumption. feels like mine is at 40% right now with my heart still going faster and adrenaline pumping like hell. Ну как обычно, и постепенно плёнка сходит ну она как обычно полупрозрачная и под ней видно мясо и она почти такая же качественная как оно само'' мясо,, дальше не знаю, надо слушать)))
