Sir ji, interest rate are not going down in future as the countries of gulf region are issuing 10 years USD bonds with interest of 4.857%, so how can US or Canada can bring down their interest and risk the outflow of money from their country to Middle East.
Also the real inflation is not down as the wages are not yet corrected in past 2-3 years and seeing the protest n strike by different unions, the days are not far when the employees will get pay rise and there by giving more disposable income to push the inflation up, because prices are not coming down it’s the consumer consuming less that has brought inflation under control, once that is change the inflation will go up again.
