I assume that JK was adopted by the girl in Good Wilt Hunting because in a later episode he made a sign that says “Eye Got Nobody Please Help” making that he was abandoned from his original creator (Craig Mccracken states that JK used to be Lando’s sidekick before being replaced by a new character [Nien Numb]. He also states JK lived a dangerous life after that and then moving in the Foster’s)
