You should look into protection for the coil, side stand switch and rear brake reservoir.
Tour tech mirrors and hand guards in my opinion are the best. Check Pazoma, SW Moto and of course Tour Tech for options. I also added a display anti theft a rear brake pedal extension along with side stand foot to avoid the soft terrain dig in with the not so grest side stand foot.
For the guy that doesn't think it sounds like a Harley...oh well its made to ride in the forest, quite is nice. Don't get me wrong, I like the sound of a Harley just not in the woods.
I’m a GSA driver. (On my third.) That’s a great looking bike and a great color.
Thanks despite some issues I still love it! Thanks for watching!!
I’ve enjoyed mine. I only have about 1400 miles. The front tire came out from under me in mud yesterday and it broke the windshield. I picked it right up and kept going! Definitely going with more aggressive tires next.
Nice review just traded a CVO RoadGlide Limited in on a Pan America Special 2023 and got allot of add ons. Sport bags and top box, screaming Eagle exhaust and intake. Plus a skid plate and radiator screen, hiway pegs and new rider and driver pegs, the Harley lights and the sundowner seat both driver and passenger. My second bike now is my V-Rod Muscle. No more super heavy bikes for me nimble quick and fun to ride is my new style. You think at age 65 I would go the other way……😂
Congrats! Pan Americas have tons of power!
Awesome review. Thanks a lot. I just purchased a 2021and i love it.
Thanks! Enjoy it still my favorite bike. Nothing else compares!! Thanks for watching.
Excellet review!! The BDR trail system is tremendous and some great trips in the Northeast!! Hope your Pals get adventure bikes also!! Happy new Year!!
We are all excited about the BDR and how much off road options there are in the north east. We have some other adv bikes in the works for this season. More to come !
Glad you like yours ...
Thanks it’s still going strong at 13k.
For hard cases check out villians boxes, they wrap them in crash bars reasonable price. Sold out atm but will be in stock in feb according to villian
Really like the baja lights with the strobe option. Definitely doing something like that or their smaller options on a adventure bike if I go that route
Thanks can’t go wrong with Baja they are perfect. Also the Denali can smart controller has been flawless and they make it for most bikes. Thanks for watching!
Awesome ride be safe thanks for the insight love your style
Thanks gonna do another update in the spring. It has more upgrades now.
Thanks for watching.
Dunlop Trailmax Missions
Vance & Hines Exhaust
Will change your life.
Got them on my second PAS and love it even more.
I put the trail maxs on there are great no pipe yet. Exhaust is coming soon was thinking super trapp.
@@3_AM super trap is to load
Nice bike. I got to upload my pan america video I did while at Daytona this year. I have similar interest and set up
Thanks it’s been great so far. We have another video on the pan am coming soon.
Wish you had subtitles or a better mic.
We just bought 2 PAS’ - a 21 and a 22.
If you got to settings on the video you should be able to turn captions on. We’ll have to use our mics next time !
I just put mosko bags on last weekend, and I have a couple off-road classes coming up in the next couple months...... I'm vertically challenged at 5'7 lol Definitely need some instruction for a bike like this. Sláinte
I plan to take a class this year. I got the Giant Loop bags but haven’t put them on yet. Thanks for watching.
hello, like your video, My mirrors would not stay put, tightened up the little screw on the mirror head next to the swivel point, and now they stay where i put them, stay safe.
Great I will do that. Thanks for watching.
I hope to see you and the Amigos running around the BDR's and dirt roads around here this coming season 👍 I mostly ride off-road now, but most of the miles I've done on the Victory were done on a Corbin. As a bigger rider I can say that saddle was some of the best money I've spent on the Vic. Its firm but the support never gives out, once a Corbin is "broken in", its got you no matter how long you ride...Those soft seats give out and hold heat, especially if you're heavier.
The BDR is definitely on the 2023 list ! Bob has a Corbin aka BMC on his Harley and swears by it too !
@@3_AM A couple of my off-road riding buds have already gotten ADV bikes, I'm planning on adding one soon. Just looking at options now. Word is HD is going to release a PA 975 this spring, it could be a contender
did you end up getting new grips? If so, did you affect the heated grips ? thanks for sharing this post.
Stock grips still!
How heavy is it to pick up, you haven’t dropped it yet, but if you put it on its side and tried to pick it up?
It's no heavier than most ADV bikes in its class. All of them being over 500 lbs you have to use proper technique and put your back to it and lift with your legs.
Did yours seem clunky at low rpms ?
It did a little bit but I replaced the Cush drive on the rear sprocket and it felt much better, keeping the chain at proper adjustment makes a big difference. Also we have a 16k review video coming soon.
Pls enable closed caption 🙏
They seem to work for me
@@jessemillsap9387 yeah they are on now 😊
I really would liked to listen what you have to say.....but cant understand a thing because the motor noise. Sorry friend, to bad your audio. Otherwise i liked your video because i own a PAS 22 myself. Ride safe!
Thanks for watching. Vlogging audio has been one of our biggest tech challenges. Recently, we're recorded audio straight from the Cardo which seems to be improved.
Rides good in snow and ice?
Not so much. I imagine studs would be the only good thing for ice !
What is wrong with the camera? can't even watch
That’s not a Harley, it sounds like 2 treadle sowing machines working together.
😂I can’t un-hear this sound now
Unwatchable.
