Oh man, I used beat Razor with trainer, for fun! I would have liked to beat him with tools like slowmotion & rerecords, but I think there isn't currently no PC CD-ROM emulator, please correct me if I am wrong. I have to say again, I really enjoyed to watch this tool assisted run. @koeiprogenitor1 You did awesome job :)
blacc ops I think either they try and try until, they get lucky with the vehicle spawns, or the more likely option, there is probably an algorithm that the game uses to spawn in vehicles and they have somehow learnt it and manipulated the tas according to these spawns
