If you're printing a lot, you might want to consider a laser/toner printer.
They're way faster, cheaper "ink" per page and the cartridges last a lot longer :)

Hi, I live in a decent-sized apartment with a basement and if I wanted to start a rental business where should could I store my supplies there or should I rent a space, what should I get to start out with?

Less over head if you can make it work at home. I would start with up to 100 white party chairs. 6 foot tables are cheaper and get the job done.
